It maximizes your efforts to earn --You earn a 5% performance bonus on your downline Direct Distributors and above (you don't earn this 5% on YOUR customers or your frontline distributors who have not advanced to Direct Distributors). This 5% will overwhelmingly become the largest portion of your paycheck!! 2. It sets the example for your team. Your team will follow you. 3. It puts you in the referral program at NSA for leads from the generic juiceplus.com website or an actual customer. 4. Recognition in the monthly bulletin after 3 consecutive months of qualifying. 5. It is the 4th step of the Virtual Franchise Strategy (just after your 60-day fast tracking to VF in the first 60 days, qualifying your business is your NEXT goal). 6. How do you qualify your business? 1000 PVC every month. It comes from: 1. Your family's orders 2. Your preferred customer's orders (40 individual PC's on capsules guarantees 1000PVC/mo). 3. Your Dealer's orders 4. Your Direct Distributor's orders
Other Important Information about qualifying your business: 1. 1000 PVC = 5% Performance bonus. 2. This 1000 PVC is on "paid" PVC (what you are getting paid on for that month; ie, customer on installment program = 25 PVC/mo) 3. Once your front-line distributors become a VF, their volume NO longer counts toward your total 1000 PVC for performance bonus. This is why you continually need to be adding distributors to you front-line. 4. If you have over 1000 PVC in Performance Bonus for any given month, the company will credit you with an "excess" PVC to a maximum of 1000 in a "bank" to draw from when you need it if you are a little short one month. However, make you goal to make that 1000 PVC EVERY month.
Activities to help you and your distributors qualify their businesses: 1. The way you get 40 customers at the outset is to set a goal of how many tapes you will handout/mailout per week and then f/u on those prospects to turn them into customers. Make your goal at first to get 40 customers so you will be qualifying YOUR business each month. Also remember that this customer base is your distributor pool to draw from in the future. 2. Your distributors who are reaching 500 PVC/month, start coaching them as to how to qualify and the importance of qualifying. This is team work..do it together. 3. Volume mapping highlighting 10 people they would like to focus on. 4. 3-way calls with their prospects 5. Make sure they know how to gift and share tapes and follow up 6. In-Home Presentations 7. Focus on events and getting guests to them.
